*Participants must purchase with the Carol Royse Team representing them as buyer’s agent. All terms of the VIP Agreement must be fulfilled without modification to the agreement. Closing costs contribution will be negotiated to be paid by the Seller or Lender and the difference will be paid at closing. Buyer to get pre-qualification with Carol Royse Team preferred Lender at no cost or obligation to use. The certificate is transferable upon notification to the Carol Royse Team in writing with the information as to whom the certificate is being transferred to. The certificate expires one (1) year from the date of issue but will be renewed upon request with current restrictions and conditions being applies to the new certificate.
